I think by a ring that I am a jeweler and ask if they can make a similar return to that with some stylistic changes that occurred to me. I said, it is possible, but I'm not sure how much it costs and I need to find a jeweler who would.
Yes, you can really now. At least in the realm of possibility. I do not think that a jeweler would say that the design of a dolphin-shaped diamonds, lol.
But I read articles here and there on designing your own ring and you can design configuration shaped diamond, gangs, etc. The drawback is that it can be very expensive to produce and sometimes the designer may not to fully understand what you want.
Talk to a jeweler who is willing to do so and discuss their ideas and their costs and ensure that they actually get exactly what you want before you decide something positive
